about me.
Hi, I’m Christine, and I love making things.
As long as I can remember, curiosity has been my favorite companion. I was always trying something new, dance, drawing, painting, writing poetry, crochet, embroidery. Some hobbies stayed with me, others didn’t, but every single one taught me something about creativity.
Crochet and embroidery became part of my life in primary school, where I first learned the basics. Years later, I’m still creating with my hands, and that simple joy has never left me.
For a long time, I believed my future would be in the arts. I imagined studying graphic design or becoming an actress because I loved being on stage. Life, however, had a different plan.
I graduated with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Economics.
Do I regret not studying art?
Not really.
I believe it’s never too late to choose creativity.
christine’s’atelier is everything I hoped it could become.
It’s a personal blog, a creative journal, a place to share projects, ideas, lessons, and moments of inspiration. More than anything, I hope it grows into a community where we can create, learn, and inspire one another.
A little more about me…
I love cats.
I love flowers, long bike rides, and slow mornings with a good cup of coffee.
My bookshelf is full of books waiting patiently to be read. I’m still searching for the literary genre that feels most like home.
I’m currently in a season of rediscovering myself, reconnecting with my creativity, learning new things about who I am, and finding the courage to share them publicly.
I also have a notebook that’s been filling up for years with ideas, dreams, sketches, plans, and little thoughts. For a long time, those pages were just for me.
Now, I think it’s time to open that notebook.
This website is my way of sharing those ideas with the world.
I live by one simple belief:
People need people.
There’s something beautiful about sharing ideas, encouraging one another, and creating together.
This is me.
If you’d like to tell me your story, I’d love to hear it. Visit the Contact page, send me a message, and let’s get to know each other.
Thank you for being here.
Welcome to christine’s’atelier.
I’d love for you to be part of it
